- Approved requests will be processed within one week. Only one exchange is allowed; further requests will not be entertained.
- Handloom sarees may have natural variations like small knots, thread gaps, and color nuances, which are not considered defects.
- Defects include tears, incorrect length, or missing blouse pieces (if stated).
