We make every effort to ensure that our sarees are displayed accurately, but slight color variations may occur due to different screen calibrations and photography settings. As each saree is handcrafted, you may notice minor variations or irregularities, which are natural and add to the uniqueness of the piece, Also:Â

- Shipping fees will be provided at checkout, determined by the product’s volumetric weight, packed volume, and delivery destination
- Returns are not accepted due to slight variations in color or texture.
All products are rigorously checked before shipment. If you receive a damaged item, contact customer care within 24 hours of delivery for return instructions. Return acceptance is at The Thanvi Boutique's discretion.
- Products cannot be exchanged or canceled if you change your mind or dislike them after ordering.
- Returns or exchanges based on color discrepancies are not accepted.
- Sarees must be returned in their original condition and packaging for full credit. This policy is non-negotiable.
- Approved requests will be processed within one week. Only one exchange is allowed; further requests will not be entertained.
- Â Handloom sarees may have natural variations like small knots, thread gaps, and color nuances, which are not considered defects.
- Defects include tears, incorrect length, or missing blouse pieces (if stated).

Mandatory Unboxing Video
- An uninterrupted unboxing video is mandatory for any claim related to damaged products, missing items, incorrect products, or parcel issues.
- The video must clearly show the sealed package being opened from the beginning without any cuts or edits.
- Claims raised without a proper unboxing video will not be eligible for return, replacement, or refund.
Refund Process
- Orders placed through our website will be refunded only through the original payment method used during checkout.
- Refunds cannot be processed through GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, bank transfer, cash, or any other alternative payment method.
- The refund will be initiated only to the payment source used while placing the order on our website.
Refund Timeline
